Mary Blackburn

Mary Blackburn's career spans three decades of front line teaching. A mother of two and successful business woman, Mary is also the principle designer of the Beyond Success programmes. A trained re-birther, Mary brings to her clients her vast knowledge in the emotional expression, communication, financial, facilitation and organisational fields. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in membrane-biophysics.

Mary Blackburn loves working with people. "Helping others gain from my experience, watching them break through barriers, reach goals and find success where they have previously struggled - that's what does it for me," Mary said. "I am able to achieve and maintain 'balance' both for myself and my clients.

Before having children Mary worked as a science teacher and by the time she was ready to re-enter the workforce the family business had taken off. She is a personal success coach to her clients, runs the entire business and is responsible for training new team members, designing training programs, running workshops and the marketing and administration for the whole team.

Mary believes her best attribute is empathy. "Over the past 20 years in this business I have developed an unflappable sense that everything will be ok. I have been caught in bushfires, client catastrophes, car wrecks and the trauma of terminal Illness within the family. I have managed not just to maintain my dignity, but help others do the same, while we work on finding a solution."
