Austin has lived life as an adventure and continues to do so. For him, it is not about what you do, it is more about how and why you do it. He has been an Anglican priest; builder; business owner; building Company Manager, Sales trainer; and engages in real estate development. This eclectic background enables Austin to provide a comprehensive and diverse range of skills and experience.

With so much to offer it is clear that Austin can coach anyone to achieve anything -and he does. But Austin has two specific focuses? “I am passionate about assisting small businesses to position themselves successfully in their market niche, serving their clientele effectively and being profitable.

On a more personal level I also have a particular interest in facilitating the personal and professional growth of women. As a parent I believe strongly in the coaching role of a father, and thus very much enjoy coaching professional women who are doing “Okay” but want to do better. I like to work with women who are asking themselves the question “Is there a better way?
