I've always had a passion for learning and being a facilitator of learning, especially as it applies to the practical realities of life. As a teacher for over 20 years, I was always more interested in the children's personal development than the curriculum. This led me to become a qualified counsellor and began my path to becoming a Life Coach under leadership of Paul and Mary Blackburn.

Family is one of my most important values in life. My husband and I have three gorgeous grown-up daughters, and four cute grand-girls (even though people tell me I'm far too young to be a Granni). I also run parenting workshops and seminars through my parenting coaching business.

Life's journey has delivered me a few curve balls including divorce, a period of depression, overcoming some significant illnesses including Fibromyalgia, and financial challenges. Throughout all of these, I have maintained a positive outlook of faith and have always 'looked for the silver lining' in circumstances. Now, I'm 'living my life abundantly' in an exciting season of fruitfulness and fulfilment.

My unique blend of traits makes me popular with my coaching clients. As a natural encourager, I have a knack of being able to mix firmness with compassion and understanding. I combine great problem solving abilities with a deep seated interest in others and people often tell me I am quickly able to get to the core of an issue.
