Janine always knew that she wanted to control her own destiny and make something of herself. If it wasn't going to be playing for the Socceroos, it was going to be working hard at a business of her own.

Janine took over a café in Rocky at the tender age of 16, employed two staff and invested 80 hours a week in her new enterprise. After building up a loyal clientèle, Janine sold the business at the ripe old age of 21, and started looking for a new challenge. Exploring life working indoors, outdoors, in management positions and working alone, Janine decided to turn her property investment experience into her profession. She invested years as an Agent for three different companies looking for an agency that shared her work ethic, integrity, flexibility and passion for customer service. Janine loves to help people achieve the dream of owning their own home because passion and purpose are two of her highest values.

When Janine's partner of 9 years was diagnosed with cancer Janine realised there had to be a better way. Looking for what was holding her back Janine meet a man who was about to change her destiny yet again, and she signed up to become a success coach. Now having qualified as a success coach and loving the fact she can officially help people, Janine has yet again built another successful business.

One of Janine's favorite affirmations is "The question is not whether we will die, but how we will live".

Over the last seven years Janine has bought ten properties, sold four, renovated five and has a current portfolio of six positively geared investment properties.

Janine has a genuine love of this country and its people. She has a heartfelt desire to share her knowledge and idyllic lifestyle with as many people as she can. Janine is also a member of BNI Innovators, a Qualified Success Coach through Beyond Success, a member of Bodies Unlimited fitness, volunteer for her local meals on wheels, supporter of Jerendine family support and Kym Walter's choices foundation.
