Jenni has the motivation, dedication and persistence to lead you towards fantastic results in your life. While many people with these attributes would also have an overdeveloped ego, Jenni does it all while retaining humbleness in her manner. She has a deep sense of care and compassion, as if she was in your shoes. Really listening and hearing what was being said – without judgment.

Jenni believes that everyone deserves a chance to shine and show his or her greatness. Everyone has the potential to be whom ever he or she wants to be, the choice is theirs. Her talent lies in reaching inside and showing them how they can shine. Her belief in them is unwavering, her motivation, dedication and persistence leads them towards fantastic results in their life.

Jenni has always been independent and left home at 17 to start her first job as a House Mistress in a Co-ed boarding school 700km away from her family, where she was jointly responsible for 152 children. She has also run her own Family Day Care business, been an assistant management in retail, coordinator for a Community Centre on a busy Defense base, State representative on a National Committee and worked as a Logistics manager for a wholesale company. Through all these roles in life she has maintained a positive approach to all situations that has helped the companies to grow.

Jenni's greatest awareness in the last few years has been when she had the realization that she had listened to years of being told that she was a big girl and fat. In looking back at pictures of herself she saw that while she never was as "skinny as a rake" she in fact was a fairly average teenage girl. The thoughts others projected at her had become part of her make up and she became the big girl she had been told she was. This lead to her changing her thought pattern from "I've always been a big girl" to "I am a radiant, healthy, toned and trim woman" and in combination with healthy eating and regular exercise she has unearthed her healthy body. She was 120kg and thus far has reached the first goal of reaching double digits. Jenni says the key for her has been to believe and trust in herself. Self-doubt and relying on other people opinion to base decisions on has been her downfall every time.

Jenni has 3 beautiful teenage children who live with her after her divorce in 2004. Enjoying time with them is very high on her priority list, showing them that they are the one who chooses their own thoughts, so to choose the ones that work best for them. Her favorite place is at the beach on the Sunshine Coast just being free: loving what she does, doing what she loves. Loving who she is and not caring what other people think!
