Whilst I'm only 31 years old - I've packed lots in. I believe in living life to the full and bringing the best out in myself. I moved from Ireland in 2002 to Australia, have spent many months travelling the world, I've lived in 5 different countries since 1997 experiencing many adventures (some may say 'surviving' many adventures), built a successful IT career, health business etc

So what?

Yep, that's what I started to think a few years ago. I checked my list:
Great career: tick
Great relationship & friendships: tick
Great health: tick
Great business: tick

On the outside I looked like I'd everything I was 'supposed' to. Don't get me wrong, I was happy but something didn't feel right. All these questions ran through my head - like should I push myself even more and achieve more? Or should I just be grateful and get on with it?

Do you ever feel like this? Do you ever say to yourself "My life's great, I've got lots to be grateful for, but there has to be more than this?"

Well I did, and had the revelation - Oh shoot, maybe I'm the problem here!

So I embarked on my biggest challenge yet.. to figure out what I truly wanted for myself and to smash through any blockages holding me back.

Thankfully I found Beyond Success and with their help I began to find my answers...

What I discovered was that although I was happy travelling around the world and ticking off my checklist - it wasn't really necessary to 'achieve' all those things because my happiness was always within me. Sounds corny but I believe it is completely true for me and for all of us. Sometimes we just need a little bit of help to find what's right for us...

These days there's plenty of times when I say to myself - I love my life!

I believe that I'm here to laugh a lot and to help you to be the best that you can be.
