Rachelle’s passion and inspiration is to assist people discover and live their true potential, whilst achieving key results in all life areas.  Rachelle has an ability to help people be open to seeing things differently and continually seek out ways to be the best they can be.

Rachelle’s working history has been focused on training, mentoring and leading large teams within the areas of sales and marketing, principally at a managerial level.

In a corporate environment, Rachelle’s personal drive is in the areas of leadership, marketing, organizational change and development.

 “Developing staff and clients into growth areas for their business and themselves are areas I embrace.  I have found that this broad life experience, alongside my personal passion and drive, has been a natural progression in taking the next step into coaching.  My life continues to soar to new heights.” 

Rachelle continues to consult and facilitate small to medium businesses within the areas of sales and marketing. 

Rachelle’s working experience extends to both the private and public sectors, including family owned and operated businesses and non profit organizations.  She has extensive travel experience with leisure and work, both domestically and internationally, and lived in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria for extended periods.

For the past fifteen years Rachelle has completed study in varying degrees of professional and self development, including undergraduate studies in Leisure Management and Business, and post graduate studies in Management and Business Leadership.

Rachelle is a very energetic and passionate woman, driven by her love and enthusiasm for what life offers.
