My background is in Sport Psychology. My passion is to help people to get the best out of themselves; ultimately to be happy and satisfied with their life. It was a natural progression for me to expand my work to include coaching non-athletes as well as athletes. Achieving one’s potential in business, relationships, education, career or recreation requires a similar application of skills as with elite sport. These skills include daily organisation, prioritising, working towards goals, understanding your own niche and most importantly, having plenty of fun along the way!

I believe I am in a great position to recommend the Beyond Success coaching program, as I have personally derived an enormous amount of benefit from it, both personally and professionally. I get a real buzz out of seeing my clients reach greater heights in their lives just as I have.

I feel privileged to be a Master Coach with Beyond Success. I take my role seriously and gain a great deal of satisfaction from my work with people and groups. I continue to work on my own “stuff” and am constantly learning from my clients and my own coach and mentors.

We live in one of the luckiest countries in the world (I believe, the luckiest – but I’m biased!) and yet we are one of the unhappiest cultures in the world – our rates of stress and depression are skyrocketing in children and adults. I am relishing the opportunity to make a difference to this situation – even if it is a small one, and as the journey continues, a significant difference!!!
