We have gone to extraordinary lengths to make working with Beyond Success a dream come true for every member of our team – and it shows in their productivity, achievements, personal success and happiness. All individually tasked to write their own job descriptions and then carry them out – they are without a doubt working in what they consider to much more than a job. Equally capable yet diversely talented, these guys challenge themselves to reach their potential through effort, compassion and professionalism whilst remaining committed to making life and work a fun filled adventure.

If the success of an organisation can be measured by its ability to attract and keep top level operators in their field, then our team is a worthy testament to our potential.

Meet the Team

	Paul Blackburn An internationally acclaimed author and leader in the human potential movement, Paul has instructed seminars for groups ranging in size from 6 to 600, and as a guest speaker has spoken to audiences of more than 6,000.
	Mary Blackburn Mary is the principle designer of the Beyond Success programmes. A trained re-birther, Mary brings to her clients her vast knowledge in the emotional expression, communication, financial, facilitation and organisational fields.
	Jules Tarrant Realising the importance of broad life experience for someone aspiring to help others live a better life, I have worked in a number of industries, including Life Coaching with Beyond Success, and travelled around the world until I was ready to settle down and begin a family.
	Julie Blackburn Julie Blackburn is, in many ways, the lynch pin of Beyond Success. As Operations Manager, her role is to oversee and manage all aspects and activities of the business.
	Kathie Christofides Kathie Christofides joined the Beyond Success team in an administrative capacity in September 2008. Her days are spent assisting with administrative tasks which help the business to expand and provide excellent customer service while doing so.
	Andrew Marks Andrew Marks is a self-confessed computer nerd who has been working online since almost before there was an "online". In his current role, Andrew is developing a number of online resources for Beyond Success coaches and clients.
	Cai Thomas Cai Thomas has a wealth of experience in the Information Technology and Audiovisual industries, having run a successful business in both. In his current role, Cai is responsible for all of our audiovisual needs and keeps our office running smoothly from a technological standpoint.
	Emma Thomas Emma is currently the manager of our publications department. She writes and edits everything from books to newsletters and emails, ensuring Beyond Success has quality products and services.
	Kevin McMorrow Kevin is a recent addition to the Beyond Success publishing department. Born and raised in California, he is currently completing a PhD in Literature and Creative Writing at ANU.
