Julie Blackburn

Julie Blackburn is, in many ways, the lynch pin of Beyond Success. As Operations Manager, her role is to oversee and manage all aspects and activities of the business.

Don't let Julie's youth fool you, she is wise beyond her years. Her maturity and intelligence were identified by the HR Manager at the Canberra Casino who requested Julie as her personal assistant. Julie's hospitality experience went from strength to strength. She was then selected as Club Manager in charge of a large number of staff and a great deal of responsibility.

Once Julie felt satisfied that she had proven her management skills outside the family business, she was ready to contribute to Beyond Success in a full time capacity. Having spent years in the business on a part-time basis, it was time to launch into the role of Operations Manager.

Julie is responsible for managing the logistics for all events and event related issues, product fulfillment, payments to Beyond Success, the affiliate program, and calendar co-ordination. Julie is a big picture thinker and is looking forward to taking the business forward with you in mind.
