I was introduced to Mick Cornish of Beyond Success Pty Ltd by a mutual business contact who felt Mick may be of valuable assistance to our Business Network project.

ULB has been working for some considerable time to introduce a new consumer paradigm and supporting business model to the financial services industry. This involves the consumer creation of an Information account which is a myspace type environment where we can capture all of a clients relevant financial information and establish compliant relationships across the various regimes, corporation act, credit, real estate & common law via a retail consumer portal called the moneyadvisorycentre.com.au and provide a range of additional personal and community benefits.

Fundamental to the success of this project is the ability to bring a diverse range of business partners around the table with a common strategic communication, marketing approach and mind set.

Mick has ably supported this process and we have engaged with Mick and Beyond Success as a key partner to take an ongoing Strategic coaching role across the network to support our community vision and implementation process. I have personally engaged Mick’s services as my Life Management coach and now have personal appreciation as to their benefits which, has also provided the practical experience to integrate Micks products into our portal roll out on an ongoing basis.

The Australian Sports Commission has used Beyond Success to run a number of programs over the past 12-18 months and is still using their services. The programs have been mostly directed to towards a personal development program for the Commission’s staff and has centred around Beyond Success’ LifeSkills Program. The Commission is currently using Beyond Success’ services in it’s staff development program aimed at achieving organisational change over a two year period.

From both personal experience and from the extensive feedback I have received from staff attending the programs, Lifeskills is challenging, interesting and provides excellent concepts for stimulating change for the benefit of the individual and the organisation.

We have had a wide range of staff attend the program from Senior Executives, Managers, kitchen and facilities staff. The results have been most encouraging and have prompted us to mount further programs run by Beyond Success. We have also had individual work groups attend which has seen perhaps the most benefits in the workplace.

Paul and Mary Blackburn have been well received by staff for their friendly professional approach. Their skills and styles compliment one another, a fact which has been a very positive aspect for the Commission, and has been appreciated by staff. The content of the programs has been well researched and is presented in an absorbing and highly interesting manner. Evaluations and individual comments on this program supports this view.

The Australian Sports Commission’s and my own personal experience has been an extremely positive one. Paul and Mary Blackburn provide a unique training and personal development experience in a manner which is very different, creative and most certainly cost effective.

I do believe my life will never be quite the same now...

WOW! What a weekend. For me this has been a life changing 2 1/2 days. I really do not have words to describe what happened, how or why it happened, all I really know is when it happened! I do believe my life will never be quite the same now I have the tools you have taught us. My health has improved already & I my mind set, well, nothing is out of MY reach now!!

Jason (what a GREAT GUY) has been a friend for several months, speaking (twice) for a business networking group I was running on the Gold Coast. As a result of his last presentation I attended the Mental Toolbox with a group of about 10 others, most of them sharing my feelings of how effective your workshop was.

I am now telling everyone I come into contact with, just how good this 'stuff' really is. I can not stop talking about it. Great to be able to do this kind of work on myself within the workshop and not just have it promised in the next $5000 workshop. Well done! I loved it and I know it's made a huge difference in my life already.

I have been fighting the victim mould for years. This weekend brought me back to who I am, what I want, what I believed and where I want to go in life. I feel affirmed, encouraged, and appreciated. I feel ready and able to take the big leap back into the world.

Thanks for a great weekend - it was not only an eye and soul opener but it was presented with such professionalism, warmth and sincerity. There have been many conferences in our lives, this was the most fun and the least exhausting, and therefore the most successful. If we can just implement a percentage of what has been offered we will be on the way to greater self understanding and we should be able to positively influence people who are important in our lives.

Thanks for the tremendous weekend at the recent Mental Toolbox Workshop. You really crammed an incredible amount of useful 'hands on' material into the workshop.

I got a lot from the weekend and I can't believe how quickly the time went.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank you both for an amazing weekend at the Mental Toolbox in Sydney. As a Master Practitioner of NLP and Personal Coach I knew some of the information you were teaching. However, it never ceases to amaze how much more there is to know and learn. I loved the fact the seminar was extremely useful for all walks of life and we are able to implement these techniques into our lives immediately.

You both have a beautiful, genuine manner, which made the seminar even more incredible. I commend you both for the amazing work that you do and the enormous number of people you have reached. That is my number one goal to help thousands of women both nationally and internationally; you have just given me even more inspiration to keep moving forward on my journey.
