TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Beyond Success Training Dollars may be awarded to POH affiliate members as commission in place of, but not in addition to, cash* payment.
2. The amount of Training Dollars awarded to you will be double the cash* payment you would otherwise receive.
   
   For example: if you are eligible to receive first tier affiliate payment for a client you have introduced as NEW to the Beyond Success database and the client purchased a ticket to a boot camp at $3697, you can collect either $369.70 cash* OR choose to redeem your commission as Training Dollars and receive $739.40 worth of Training Dollars.
3. Training Dollars will only be awarded to first tier affiliate payments and will be awarded on the same payment structure as per point 2 in Pursuit of Happyness Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions. Please see the tab on the left titled “Terms & Conditions” for more information your eligibility for first tier affiliate payments and the POH payment structure.
4. Training Dollars for tickets sold to Beyond Success events will only be awarded to the affiliate once the ticket holder has attended the event.
5. Training Dollars are not retrospective and therefore can only be applied to future purchases. They cannot be applied to products already purchased from Beyond Success.
6. Training Dollars can only be claimed at full retail value of the product.
   For example: if you wish to purchase the Starter Pack at $90, you would need to redeem this product with $90 worth of Training Dollars.
7. Training Dollars may be transferred to family members only. Training Dollars cannot be used to discount the original sale price of the item for your client. This means that the client must pay the retail price at time of purchase and you will receive your commission in Training Dollars at the designated affiliate payment time – please refer to points 8 and 9.
   
   PLEASE NOTE: Cash* affiliate payments are not transferable and must be paid to the affiliate – please refer to point 6 of Pursuit of Happyness Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
8. Payment of Training Dollars from Beyond Success to the affiliate will be made biannually on or before 31st July and 31st January.
9. For products with sequenced payments (monthly payments), the affiliate will be paid for the number of payments the client has made up until that time. The remainder will be paid when the next affiliate payments are due. If the client cancels during the sequenced payments the affiliate will only be paid for the number of payments received by Beyond Success.
10. Commissions will only be paid to the affiliate on payments received by Beyond Success. Commissions will not be paid to the affiliate if the client refunds or cancels the product or ticket purchase, or if the clients’ payments are overdue or declining. Once the outstanding payment is collected from the client the affiliate will be paid at the next affiliate payment date.
11. Training Dollars can only be used to purchase Beyond Success products. They cannot be used to purchase products from any company that Beyond Success is affiliated with.
12. Beyond Success reserves the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary.

*Cash payments in this context refers to a cheque.
