Emotional Intelligence is the ability to make your emotions work for you by using them in ways that produce the results you want.
This program makes you aware of any destructive emotional habits, so that they can be healed. Unless we can catch and challenge them as they are triggered by the events in our lives, they will dictate how we perceive and react. And the more they take over, the more they’ll keep coming back, complicating our relationships, our work, and the most basic ways in which we see ourselves. You will learn how to relate to, and perceive, your emotional state, while not rejecting the emotion itself at the same time.

The Emotional Intelligence course is designed to teach the following:

- Learn what you can do to subdue your more destructive and self-defeating emotional impulses.
- Be self-aware: observe yourself and recognise your feelings, be able to describe them, and understand the relationship between feelings, thoughts and reactions.
- Manage your feelings: monitor self-talk in order to catch negative messages and put-downs, realise what lies beyond feelings, and find ways to handle fears, anxieties, anger, and sadness.
