- Beyond Success will only pay 'first tier' affiliate payments. This means that you will only receive payment for the client if they are a NEW lead to Beyond Success as defined by not already existing on the Beyond Success database. If your lead is already on the Beyond Success database then the first tier payment will be attributed to the person who first introduced them to Beyond Success. This protects you by preventing your commissions from being received by someone else in the future and applies to all affiliate payments. - The retail price for tickets to the Mental Toolbox is $1,970 per person.
As a part of our POH affiliate program you have the opportunity to sell tickets at a discounted price of $197 through your own unique code. If you have any questions about your code or how to use it please email: office@beyondsuccess.com.au.
You will receive 10% of every ticket you sell provided that the ticket holder attends the event. You are entitled to a further 10% of the sale price of any products or services purchased by the client you introduced, for the life of the client.
PLEASE NOTE: The affiliate payments to a Pursuit of Happyness affiliate only applies if the ticket holder is a NEW lead to Beyond Success, meaning that they are not already on the database as mentioned in point 1. This applies to both the tickets sales and ongoing sales of products and services.
If you are part of the Beyond Success Coach Training program you are automatically part of the POH affiliate program as an Alumni member. You have the opportunity to sell tickets at a discounted price of $197 through your own unique code. POH Alumni members will receive $100 for every ticket sold provided that the ticket holder attends the event. You are entitled to 20% of the sale price of any products or services purchased by the client you introduced, for the life of the client.
PLEASE NOTE: The affiliate payments to Alumni members only applies if the ticket holder is a NEW lead to Beyond Success, meaning that they are not already on the database as mentioned in point 1. This applies to both the tickets sales and ongoing product sales. - We are delighted to announce that 100% of the net profit on tickets to all Mental Toolbox events goes to the Better Life Foundation. - POH Affiliate payments will also be paid on tickets sold at full retail to other events that Beyond Success holds, however there will be no discounted ticket price, all tickets will be sold at full retail.
The same payment structure applies as per point 2 above whereby 10% of the ticket price and products or services purchased at that event by the client you introduced to Beyond Success will be paid to POH affiliate members, and 20% of the ticket price and products or services purchased at that event by the client you introduced to Beyond Success will be paid to POH Alumni members. - POH Affiliate payments for tickets to any Beyond Success events will only be paid after the ticket holder has attended the event.
- Commission made on ticket and product sales cannot be passed to anyone else and must be paid to the affiliate who made the sale. The commission you make cannot be used to discount the original sale price of the item for your client. This means that the client must pay the retail price at the time of purchase and you will receive your commission at the designated affiliate payment time – please refer to point 7.
- Payment of commissions from Beyond Success to the affiliate will be made biannually on or before 31st July and 31st January.
- For products with sequenced payments (monthly payments), the affiliate will be paid for the number of payments the client has made up until that time. The remainder will be paid when the next affiliate payments are due. If the client cancels during the sequenced payments the affiliate will only be paid for the number of payments received by Beyond Success.
- Commissions will only be paid to the affiliate on payments received by Beyond Success. Commissions will not be paid to affiliates if the client refunds or cancels the product or ticket purchase, or if the client’s payments are overdue or declining. Once the outstanding payment is collected from the client the affiliate will be paid at the next affiliate payment date.
- All commissions to affiliates can be paid by cheque or in Beyond Success Training Dollars. For information about Training Dollars and their application please refer to the tab on the left titled “Training Dollars.”
- The Get Your $hit Together Program is not included in the Pursuit of Happyness Program with affiliate commissions. If you refer 3 friends to the Get Your $hit Together Program, you will have the total cost of your program refunded. This will only be refunded if your 3 frineds compelte the whole program. This is the only affiliate arrangement on this program and can not be combined wiht any other affiliate arrangement.
- Beyond Success has the right to change or update these terms and conditions it deems necessary.
