Inner Reflections Conscious Awareness Meditations
These meditations are designed to facilitate feeling the reality of our existence. In the words of Deepak Chopra, "to slip between our thoughts into the vast enormity of another, perhaps more real, world" is to truly 'be'. Because these exercises encourage the active exploration of suppressed feelings, it is likely that you will feel some or all of the so-called 'negative' emotions.
This will provide an opportunity to feel, process and release them.
There are 3 separate tracks, one for beginners, an advanced track for when you become more proficient and a quick refresher track for those occasions when time is in short supply.
