CD 1 Mental Rehearsal
A guided imagery session, in which you are taken to a beautiful space and then guided step by step in producing a series of movies. Each of these movies will portray you reaching a personal goal or target. The purpose is to take your goals and targets and ‘plug’ them into the subconscious so powerfully that it starts to ‘put out’ on the hazy wave exactly what you want. This means you will start to draw to you the people and events that will most easily facilitate the reaching of your goals.
CD 2 Self Image
This meditation uses the standard relaxation techniques as a lead up to the creation of an internal image of oneself as a person of high self esteem. At the conscious level our self image can seem vague and ill defined, but at the subconscious level it is very precise and you can only act in accordance with this inner mental blueprint. A statue reflecting your inner perfection is created to enhance the full and complete acceptance of yourself as a wonderful human being. Get ready to be the best you there is! Repeat this meditation as often as possible.
CD 3 The goal gallery
In this guided visualisation you create an art gallery packed full of beautiful photographs or pictures reflecting success in your business, your sport, your career, your family, your finances, your contribution, your health and a host of other areas. Having your brain concentrating on what it wants is attracting it as fast as possible, that’s when life gets to be exciting!
CD 4 Affirmations
These affirmations are consciously constructed thoughts which we use to shape our future. They are a powerful means by which we can reinforce and strengthen our positive qualities. Simply play in the background at very low volume levels to achieve substantial subliminal reprogramming of the mind via repetitive positive statements covering all areas of life. This cd is great to use when driving or when we are doing repetitive mundane tasks, instead of your mind wandering all over the place, positively program it for your success.
CD 5 Physical Tuneup Meditation
This meditation is the one Paul designed for his own healing.
Many of us have assumed in the past that healing is something done to us. Yet we create our own healing. Every change in our physiology is accompanied by a change in our mental and emotional state and conversely, every change in our thoughts and emotions is accompanied by changes in our physical body. When we raise or lower our spirits it is reflected in our body. With this meditation we use our awareness to create a vibrant and healthy body. To do this, self-examination is necessary, followed by learning how to relax, visualise recovery and manage the pain.
CD 6 Paul’s Personal Meditation
This is the meditation Paul Blackburn uses on a daily basis to keep himself in the best possible “state” in order to achieve his goals and targets. Travel into your subconscious not only with Paul (his voice) but in the same way that he does. Use morning or night to set yourself up for achievement, contentment and inner peace.
