- Spend time with your family and learn to delegate
- Turn off the tv and get out there and do things
- When people say bad things about you, just prove them wrong
- Do what you love and have a sofa in your kitchen
That’s a pretty solid list from a man who really knows what he’s on about.
Oprah once famously shared, “The big secret in life is that there is no big secret. Whatever your goal, you can get there if you’re willing to work.”
She believes that the key to achieving your dreams is to not focus on success itself.
“What I know for sure is that if you want to have success, you can’t make success your goal,” says Oprah. “The key is not to worry about being successful, but to instead work toward being significant – and the success will naturally follow.”
“You become what you believe,” she adds. “You are where you are today in your life based on everything you have believed.”
Oprah also thinks it is important to recognise and seize opportunities. “I don’t believe in coincidences,” she says.
